Blogs, vlogs & journalling has always been something I’ve been super interested in, but seem to fall in and out of the habit. With the constant demand for imagery and keeping up with social media posts - something i've realised i find a challenge to keep on top of. So, if this space feels a little sporadic at times, know that it’s filled with heartfelt content from me, Claire, the person behind Mindful Alchemy!
This April, I have made the decision to take a step away offering massage treatments. As I am halfway into second trimester of pregnancy, I’m finding that the energy it takes to give full-body massages is harder to regain each day. But even though massages have always been a soothing part of my work, Mindful Alchemy has always been about so much more than that.
Mindful Alchemy has always been about helping women recognise that genuine well-being is achieved by attending to the physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of your self. Massage is a perfect physical cue to checking in with your body, as hands warm, soothe and ground your mind back into your body - but also connect your emotional, spiritual and mental aspects of you back into one place. It can be easy to feel disconnected and scattered, sometimes all we need is a gentle reminder to slow down and tune in.
That’s why Mindful Alchemy isn’t just a massage practice - but a practice dedicated to empowering women through the transformative power of mindful awareness and intentional self-care. My mission is to guide you from a place of disconnection to one of balance, inner harmony, and empowerment. I am firmly rooted in the belief that wellness is more than just physical health, and I aim to help guide you to create lasting change by reminding you to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
Although I’ll be stepping away from massage treatments for now, Mindful Alchemy continues to grow. We’ll still have our monthly Women’s Circles, co-hosted with the wonderful Amy (@foreverthingcoach), and my new session, Stillness & Sound, will be launching in May—spaces designed for women to reconnect and ground back into their beautiful selves.

I’ve learned that I connect best with others when I feel like I’m connecting with a person, not just a business. That’s why being authentic is so important to me with Mindful Alchemy. I don’t just offer this work, I’ve personally experienced its transformative power on my own journey. With that in mind, I’d love to know…
Would you enjoy hearing more about my personal experience - my pregnancy journey, how I do this work and how it ties into my own personal life and healing practice, my own journey etc? Or would you prefer I keep the focus on the services I offer and informative content in the world of holistic wellness?
What content would you like to see?
Wellness-related content (no personal updates, just general)
Personal content (pregnancy, life updates, my journey etc..)
Client stories or testimonials to inspire you/others
Something else (I'll message you!)
You can vote for more than one answer.
